Thank you for visiting my website. I am a psychotherapist with 15+ years of experience working with eating problems, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and loss. I offer individual, couples, family and group therapy, as well as specialized treatment of eating disorders.

I am certified as a therapist and supervisor in Accelerated Experiential-Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), a therapeutic model that incorporates attachment-based, experiential, and psychodynamic approaches. I have training in other experiential models (EMDR, SE and IFS), as well as CBT and DBT, which I integrate into our work as clinically indicated. I have worked in a number of capacities, including as a therapist at Harvard University's Student Health Service and as an adjunct professor at Simmons College in Boston.
